Woodhouse Cottage & Ranch

Like our guests, Woodhouse Cottages and Ranch is unique. We offer three individual first class cottages allowing for privacy and exclusivity on a 300 acre ranch. Close to town but a world apart. Private, spacious, and secure. Unwind in a cottage that combines country comfort with contemporary conveniences in a stylish, yet relaxing Western romantic atmosphere.

Woodhouse Cottages and Ranch have three cottages that are pet-friendly: the Cowboy Cottage, Corral Cottage and Old Logbarn Cottage. When you arrive with your pet, you will find food and water dishes and dog or kitty treats, depending on your pet. There is also a pet blanket provided on the bed – because many pets sleep with their owners and we are okay with that! So far, we have had these four-legged friends at our ranch: dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and horses!

Upon meeting the guests on arrival, we take the time to learn more about the accompanying pet and their prior experience with livestock. We allow pets to be off leash for long walks in our hay fields, and if guests are cautious about their pets and our livestock, they only have to have pets on leash around their cottages.

We have a 2-year old St. Bernard, who loves to play with new guests and their pets and we try to allow dogs to run freely as much as possible. Woodhouse Ranch is a great experience for dogs that otherwise may only have small yards or dog parks to exercise and play in. We have over 300 acres of hay fields and forested paths for the opportunity to explore!
