Reno Motel

The Reno Motel has been part of Salmo’s landscape for some time, we are pleased to be able to share it’s quaintness with our guests. Each room is unique, 5 units offer a separate bedroom, some have original claw foot tubs, all rooms have been recently freshened up. Parking in front of your room, outdoor seating, communal BBQ area & seating. We want out guests to enjoy the wonderful Kootenay weather, so we supply ample outdoor seating. Near Nelson, Trail, Castlegar, Whitewater Ski Resort, Salmo Ski Hill & Kootenay Pass Backcountry Ski Area.

The Reno Motel offers pets a yard with plenty of grass for small dogs to explore on leash. For people and their pets looking for an adventure, the Reno Motel is located across from the Rail Trail which offers kilometers of nature to explore. Nearby, Salmo Skill Hill offers great biking/hiking trails where dogs are welcome to exercise off leash.
